PROJECT OVERVIEW
Upton Place is a mixed-use development coming to the Cathedral Heights neighborhood, located at 4000 Wisconsin Avenue NW and within walking distance to the Tenleytown Metro. When completed, Upton Place will feature 689 residential units, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and 825 parking spaces. The residential component features two different buildings, one with six floors and one with eight. Tenants will enjoy private courtyards, a fitness studio and yoga space, rooftop terrace, and outdoor pool. Upton Place is targeting LEED Silver certification.
