Donohoe Development Company is the development arm of The Donohoe Companies. Over six decades ago, we began a tradition of quality real estate development in the DC metro region. We were one of the first developers to see the potential of vibrant, mixed-use projects that unite office, residential, retail, and other uses. Our vision has helped to shape neighborhoods with core projects such as Georgetown Park and Chevy Chase Pavilion.
Our projects span office, hotel, retail, industrial, residential, and embassy properties in the Washington, DC region. We develop projects in walkable, transit-oriented, and amenity-rich locations. From design to funding to construction, we’re moving forward with our newest projects, transforming communities spanning Wisconsin Avenue in Maryland and DC, in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia and in Reston, Virginia.
We have the expertise to direct the entire development process from beginning to end, including site evaluation, market research & analysis, detailed cost estimating, project entitlements, design & construction management, debt placement, and project marketing.
