The Glover House

Project Overview

The Glover House is a multifamily project that includes the total renovation of a 7-story existing hotel and the new construction of a 4-story wood frame building. Combined, the project has a total of 226 residential units and features amenities such as a café, rooftop pool and deck, whiskey room, game room, and fitness center. Donohoe also constructed the core & shell of a new retail grocery building for the project.
