DelRay Tower

Project Overview

The DelRay Tower project includes the renovation of an existing 14 story apartment building with 199 units and the construction of a new 5 story building with 133 apartments, which was connected to 14-story tower. The tower renovation includes a new facade, interiors, roofing, new apartment layouts, penthouse pool, stair towers, elevators, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Construction also included a 4 level parking structure (3 levels below grade), 14,000 SF of retail space, and a leasing center. Amenity spaces feature a rooftop pool and jogging track, a penthouse fitness center and yoga studio, a game room, media room, private dining room, clubroom with a demonstration kitchen and a business center with a conference room. This pet-friendly project also features an on-site dog park. DelRay Tower is LEED Silver Certified.
