Upton Place is a mixed-use development in the Cathedral Heights neighborhood, located at 4000 Wisconsin Avenue NW and within walking distance to the Tenleytown Metro. Upton Place features 689 residential units, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and 825 parking spaces. The residential component features two different buildings, one with six floors and one with eight. Tenants get to enjoy private courtyards, a fitness studio and yoga space, rooftop terrace, and outdoor pool. Upton Place is LEED Silver certified.
