Penrose Square Lobby Renovation

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project was an interior renovation of an existing 1st floor apartment lobby to give a modern look and feel to the area. All new finishes were installed including new paint, wall covering, flooring, millwork and Norwegian Accoya wood. Ceiling heights were modified to give the illusion of floating ceilings, with lights above the bulk head illuminating the height variances. New pendant fixtures and chandeliers were installed throughout, as well as a new gas fireplace accented by solid surface and tile. A new storefront and Raydoor system were also installed to create an open co-working area.
