Envoy Apartments Penthouse

Project Overview

The Envoy Penthouse renovation consisted of construction of a new roof deck as well as modification to indoor spaces on the penthouse. The outdoor work consisted of a porcelain tile patio and steel framing with a brick colonnade walkway, all on an elevated concrete slab on the building roof. The indoor work included a new grand stairway, multipurpose lounge room, fitness room, new bathrooms, and MEP upgrades.
