While maintaining operation of this multi-family property, the buildings main entry circular drive was demolished and the grade lowered 6” to create a flush and smooth transition into the building from the drop-off. Multiple paver variations were provided throughout with extensive site lighting and landscaping. A new island with seating feature completed the modifications to the main entry. An existing rear courtyard consisting of stamped concrete was demolished to create a modern amenities space for the property. The amenities space included brick site walls with precast caps, grilling areas, seating areas with fire pits ultimately transforming the area into formal and informal spaces for the residents to enjoy. Custom ornamental metal trellis’ completed this space. Both areas received new storm water management systems with supporting structures.
