Foxchase Leasing Center

Project Overview

The Foxchase Leasing Center project is the conversion of an existing maintenance facility into administrative offices that includes leasing, resident relations, and facilities management. The scope included the complete gut of the existing building, the removal of a significant portion of the exterior load bearing masonry walls, and two glass curtainwall and steel additions to house a new entry vestibule, elevator, and feature stair. The project scope also included a new water service, new addressable fire alarm system, and exterior improvements.
