Project Overview

This 2-story, 177,880-square-foot middle school is situated on 32 acres in Loudoun County, VA. The project includes standard classrooms, computer classrooms, a media center, a music suite, an auditorium, a cafeteria, 2 gymnasiums, locker rooms, an elevator, 3 soccer fields, a softball field, and exterior basketball courts. Special features include a solar domestic water heater and a Photovoltaic Solar System. This project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver Certification, but the Owner did not go through certification.
