Project Overview
Donohoe Construction’s work on the GWU Ames Hall project included a renovation and an addition to the historic building. Work included complete demolition of existing systems and finishes with an addition on the back. The building includes academic classrooms, a lecture hall with auditorium seating, informal student gathering space, faculty offices, offices for the University Police Department and other academic and administrative support space. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
