Project Overview

The St. John’s College High School Addition consisted of four project phases with multiple time frames for construction.  The scope of work totaled 28,000 square feet and included the complete renovation of multiple classrooms and offices, a three story cast in place post tension addition, an expansion of the existing boiler room, an enclosed student walkway, and extensive site work with retaining walls, site infiltration facilities, and a green roof.

All work related to the renovations had to be performed under a very tight 10 week summer window and had to be completed before school commenced in August.  Trades involved included excavation, utilities, site concrete, paving, landscaping, underpinning, soil stabilization, structural concrete, masonry, stone, structural and miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, extensive custom millwork, roofing/waterproofing, storefront, doors, drywall with wood act, hard tile, flooring, specialties, elevators, new plumbing and HVAC systems, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and electrical with high end light fixture and dimming package.
