Renovation and expansion project totaling 31,500 SF. Consisted of clubhouse dining, kitchen, and lounge areas, plus an upgrade of the kid’s pool and snack shop with a new connected bar area. The scope also featured upgraded finishes, MEP, and an extensive millwork package.
