Project Overview

The work on this project consists of the renovation of the ground and lower levels of the hotel. The scope of work includes new interior partitions, high-end millwork, and custom fabricated finishes, kitchen equipment modifications, cafe/bar area, fitness room, and power and lighting modifications, plus the installation of a new porta cochere. Work was done in a busy operating hotel, requiring an intensive amount of coordination with hotel management.
