Camden Potomac Yards Renovation

Project Overview

This project features interior renovations on the 1^st floor lobby and the 11^th floor resident room at the Camden Potomac Yard apartment building, totaling 4,300 square feet of work. The 1^st floor portion of the project consists primarily of cosmetic modifications, including new light fixtures. The 11^th floor portion of this project also features cosmetic changes, but also includes the demolition of one wall within the residents room, reduction in the size of the kitchen area, and a new built in banquette.
