PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project includes the renovation and restoration of a unique 3-story building connected to a historic church on Thomas Circle. Extensive shoring of the existing structure was required to support the foundation modifications necessary to place two additional floors on top of the property. Each utility serving the building was upgraded to support the change in use and expansion. New vertical transportation, amenities spaces, and rooftop/courtyard areas were also included within the core and shell renovations scope. This property was transformed to 52,000 square feet of Class A LEED Platinum office space complete with best available technology within a historic landmark exterior.
