Amtrak 3rd Floor Expansion

Project Overview

The Amtrak HQ 3^rd Floor Expansion consisted of a complete renovation of 9,400 square feet of expansion space that wasn’t renovated as part of the original Amtrak project that Donohoe Construction worked on.  The scope of work included mechanical upgrades, a new LED light fixture package with Graphik Eye Controls,  large glass demountable partitions with sliding glass doors for all office fronts and meeting rooms, RACO demountable systems, and a renovation of the elevator lobby in the third floor.  This project was built in two phases, and all renovation work was done to match existing finishes of the original Amtrak build out.
