Project Overview

The project consists of a 16,600 SF interior remodel to the first and second floors of an existing high-rise medical building. Scope of work includes new ceilings, lighting, partitions, doors, casework, and floor coverings. Existing building systems (mechanical, plumbing, and electrical) are modified  to support new layout and equipment. Installation of new medical equipment will require that a select portion of one of the exterior walls be removed and replaced, and additional structural elements will need to be installed to reinforce the existing second floor slab.
