Project Overview

Medical office build-out to support Washington Radiology’s expansion into Germantown. Scope of work consisted of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety) being modified to support the proposed use, as well as extensive millwork and LVT flooring throughout. Exam rooms were outfitted with a variety of specialized equipment such as Mammography, Stereo/ Biopsy, and DEXA machines.
