Hotel Washington RENOVATIONS

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Lobby, Bar, and Restaurant Renovations for The Hotel Washington included architectural woodwork demo, and the installation of new finishes to modernize the areas. New finishes included new millwork host’s stand and server stations. Millworks had integral tile details that matched the new tile installed in the restaurant columns and bar. New finishes also included new fresh paint throughout, and fabric wrapped panel (FWP) installed at the bar area. Work was completed while the restaurant and hotel remained open for business.
