Liberty Place White Box & Restroom Renovation

This white box and renovation project includes 33,150 total SF of work across the 4th and 6th floors of a historic building. The white box work included removal of MEP systems, modification of fire alarm system, and light replacement. Restroom renovations included replacement of all partitions, flooring, wall tile, plumbing fixtures and lavatories, and installation of feature backlit mirrors.
