Project Overview
This Rapid Response project was a build-out of a model guest room for the Pendry, a boutique hotel to be built by Donohoe Construction’s New Construction team during Phase 2 of the Wharf. The room featured high-class amenities in a small space, designed and built after the “European Model” of space efficiency.
