Vista on Courthouse

Project Overview

Vista on Courthouse consists of a 213 unit, 11-story apartment tower over three levels of below grade parking, 24 wood-framed townhouses and 8 wood-framed duplexes over a concrete podium, and 7 block and plank townhouses, totaling 252 units altogether. Amenities include a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. Site development included the unique design/build construction of a 50-ft. high retaining wall along the property line without the use of tiebacks into the adjacent property. The retaining wall was integrated into poured-in-place concrete reinforced piers utilizing a slurry plant constructed on-site. Vista on Courthouse was designed and constructed in accordance with Arlington County’s LEED Standards.
