Project Overview
The Beacon Clarendon, a 187-unit luxury apartment building project, consists of a six‐story and ten‐story tower built over a common two‐story underground garage with a new public street separating the towers. The project is located just across from the Clarendon Metro Station and includes 11,740 square feet of ground floor retail space.
The project is comprised of suites, “live/work” style lofts and one, two and three bedroom units that are designed with reclaimed textured flooring, European style kitchens with Italian cabinetry, and large soaking tubs. Unique private balconies and terraces are also available in select units. Other building amenities include a rooftop pool and four season sky lounge with panoramic view, a ninth floor clubroom with green-roof access, state of the art conference room, fitness center, resident lounge, and business center. The Beacon Clarendon is LEED Certified.
