Project Overview

VITA at Tysons Corner Center is 30 story luxury apartment building with 429 units and 13,000 SF of retail space. Amenities on the 30th floor include a swimming pool with cabanas, an indoor / outdoor cantina, a lounge with bar and service counter, an all season outdoor terrace, grilling stations, and outdoor dining. The 3rd floor terrace level features a fireplace lounge with TV, a dining area with catering kitchen, and an expansive landscaped terrace with grills, seating and fire pits. Amenities on the 2nd floor plaza level include a tech lounge, billiards / sports lounge, a fitness center with a yoga room and outdoor terrace, and Metro bridge access. The units feature hardwood flooring, kitchens with luxurious finishes and upgraded appliances, spectacular views and a short walk to the Tysons Corner Center Mall. Scope of work also included construction of a pedestrian bridge at Tysons Corner connecting the apartment building to the adjacent Metro Station. VITA at Tysons Corner Center is LEED Silver Certified.
