Tycon I – Exterior Building Renovations

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Exterior hardscape project improving the buildings main entry, courtyard, vehicular drop-off aisle, and parking lot. All work was carefully coordinated in a manner to maintain full operation of the occupied medical office building throughout construction. The project’s scope of work included foundation alterations as well as grading and underground drainage modifications. The space was finished with a mixture of porcelain pavers accenting Stepstone concrete pavers, extensive landscaping and site lighting with an illuminated glass entry canopy serving as the project’s feature piece.
