13,555 SF renovation of existing lab space located in George Washington University’s Ross Hall on the 4th floor. Renovation includes open labs, lab support spaces, offices, multiple tissue culture rooms, cold rooms, and a multiple team collaboration space. This project also includes a full renovation of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within the space.
