Project Overview
Homewood Suites Arlington is an all-suite hotel with 168 keys, fitted with fully-equipped kitchens plus separate living and sleeping areas that accommodate both business travelers and tourists. Amenities include an indoor pool, a fitness facility, a 1,000–square foot meeting room, a dining area and lobby bar, and two patios with fireplaces and outdoor grills. The project includes two levels of above-grade parking with 100 total spaces. Homewood Suites Arlington is LEED Gold Certified.
Homewood Suites Arlington welcomed its first guests in February 2018 and celebrated its grand opening in April. The event was attended by the CEO of B.F. Saul, representatives from the Arlington Economic Development, and CEO of Hilton, Chris Nassetta. Said Nassetta, “[The hotel] was built by Donohoe so well it will outlive every one of us.”
