Project Overview
This project for St. John’s College High School included the complete reconfiguration and renovation of approximately 33,000 feet, featuring the school’s Administration Office, Main Lobby, 100 Series Classroom and West Façade. Work included interior office partition reconfiguration, cherry millwork, administration desk and new mechanical systems, complete reconfiguration of the main lobby to include the new millwork, new ceiling details, lighting, reconditioned terrazzo flooring and new mechanical systems.
The main corridor was upgraded with cherry wainscot panel millwork, new ceilings and upgraded lighting. Classroom renovations included new ceilings, lighting, flooring, marker boards and technology upgrades. The west façade of the building received new insulated glazing units and a complete masonry restoration. All work was completed during the summer break on an accelerated basis.
