Project Overview

Hilton Washington DC Convention Center is a 95,303 square-foot hotel that includes 160 guestrooms in a thirteen-story structure atop three levels, and 23,200 square feet of underground parking. The hotel features in-room high speed internet access, a business center and fitness facilities. Units range from efficiencies to two bedrooms suites with kitchenettes. The scope of work of the project also included the relocation of a 112-year-old historic building in order to preserve it.
