Holiday Inn Capitol Renovations

Project Overview

This renovation of the Holiday Inn rooftop area included a new Fitness Center, bar, and pool area upgrades. Donohoe Construction brought a facelift to the pool area with new pavers, ramps, stairs, and railings. Adjacent improvements included cutting slabs and steel beam installation required for a new stairwell and ADA lift. A complete roof replacement was also part of the renovation.
