Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda

Project Overview

The Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda is13-story hotel includes 216 guestrooms, lounge and restaurant, fitness center, pool, business center and meeting space. The hotel interconnects with the existing buildings in the plaza via raised glass walkways, allowing access through the complex. Working with the complex’s owner, Donohoe devised a plan to partially demolish the Air Rights plaza parking structure in order to add the hotel along the Waverly Street frontage – all the while keeping the rest of the garage continually open to service Air Rights’ plaza customers.
