PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project was a renovation of the main entrances at 50 Hawaii Ave NE, 60 Hawaii Ave NE, 4520 Ft Totten Dr NE, & 4530 Ft Totten Dr NE, including replacement of railings, canopies, storefronts, call boxes, and signage, and remediation of existing corroded steel beams. Scope of work also included the replacement of 194 interior doors and hardware, including adding electric strikes and card readers to laundry room doors.
