Project Overview

This renovation includes a complete gut and renovation of the entire main floor lobby including new fitness center, lobby, offices, restrooms, social room and corridors.  Work includes high-end finishes with natural stone, walnut wood panels and clouds, hard tile, acrylic panels, new fire sprinkler system, mechanical and plumbing updates, custom light fixtures and frameless glass partitions. The project was scheduled in two phases while the building remained fully occupied and functional. Work was coordinated with ongoing projects including a structural concrete restoration being conducted by the owner of the property and abatement of asbestos by the owner.
