Project Overview
Gilliam Place is an all-affordable multifamily complex with 173 units, with sizes ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The building is six stories of wood frame over a concrete podium with an enclosed garage and ground-floor retail space.
In addition to being all-affordable, Gilliam Place was designed and constructed to be barrier-free to disabled residents. All units are accessible, and 15 units are Type-A accessible with roll-in showers. Gilliam Place is also Earthcraft Platinum Certified, a testament to the energy and water-efficient features of the building.
