Project Overview
Queens Court is an all-affordable 12-story apartment building with a 2-story below grade garage in Rosslyn. The project will feature 249 units, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, and one-fifth of the site will be dedicated to a public county park. Queens Court is designed to achieve EarthCraft Gold Certification.
