Project Overview
The Gallery at White Flint Place is a multifamily residential complex with three levels of secured underground parking, two sixteen floor residential towers and a central community building. The residential component is comprised of 453 apartment units with 41 different floor plans ranging from efficiency units with economical finishes to three bedroom penthouse units with luxurious finishes. Some units feature gas fireplaces and balconies, terraces or sunrooms that maximize natural light as well as panoramic views.
The complex has an exterior recreational area that includes a lap pool, grill and picnic area, a children’s play area, and extensive landscaping and hardscaping. The Community Building and indoor recreational areas include a state of the art fitness center with locker rooms, a fully equipped business center, and an elegant club room with catering kitchen, wet bar, and other features.
