Colonnade at Kentlands

Project Overview

The Colonnade at Kentlands consists of 8 buildings with 307 residential units, along with a 6 story precast concrete parking garage connected to the buildings. The complex is a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units.  The 4^th floor units also feature lofts.   The landscaped grounds include four fountains and a small park.  Amenities include a swimming pool, a cold water spa, library and cyber café, pub and billiard room, media room, fitness center and cardio exercise room, and sauna.
