Project Overview

This project included a 4-story 125,000 SF nursing home facility with 170 beds, and a 43,000 SF assisted living facility with 75 beds. The building is steel framed, with a masonry and Hardiplank facade. The nursing home facility includes oxygen, medical vacuum, and medical air outlets in each room. A central kitchen serves meals to each of the separate dining rooms. Amenities include a library, recreation center, computer lab and 2 courtyards. The new facility was built on the same site as the existing outdated facility. The old facility was demolished and the site upgraded with new roads and parking lots.
