Brandywine Living at Alexandria is a 163,546 square foot, 6-story senior living project with a total of 116 suites over ground floor retail. Brandywine Living offers three distinct levels of service within their communities that include standard care, high amenity care, and memory care. Each type of service comes with different design and amenity considerations for the residents who live there, including a two-story light well and outdoor courtyard for memory care residents, a therapy pool and gym on the first floor, and multiple public spaces for fostering a sense of community within the building. Other amenities include a beauty salon, pub, movie theater, and private dining rooms. Brandywine Living at Alexandria is LEED Silver Certified.
