Brandywine Living at Potomac

Project Overview

Brandywine Living at Potomac is a senior living community with 120 upscale suites. The English Tudor style building will feature three different levels of care, starting with standard units and progressing to luxury units and memory care units. In addition to a full-service grand dining room, Brandywine Living at Potomac will also offer a bistro, parlor, music room, theater, library, and other multipurpose spaces to facilitate interaction between residents and foster a sense of community within all three levels of living. The project is LEED Silver Certified.
