Project Overview
Camden South Capitol is an 11-story apartment building with 276 units, three levels of below grade parking, a landscaped courtyard, 2,954 SF retail space at the ground floor, main lobby area, leasing center/property management office, community area, exercise room, and a rooftop swimming pool. The pool area consists of a deck surrounding the pool, various landscape features, common seating area, and outdoor cooking and grilling area.
