Anthology is a 307-unit multifamily building on H Street consisting of a 9-story concrete structure with 181 units and a 5-story wood frame structure with 126 units. The project also has 3 levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor. The building includes studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units, with finishes including floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Building amenities include a fitness room, a clubroom, a multi-purpose area with fireplace, a second-floor terrace, and a rooftop pool and deck with panoramic views of Washington DC. Anthology is NGBS Green Certified.
