Bennett Park Apartments

Project Overview

Bennett Park Apartments consists of a 9 story apartment building with 2 levels of below grade parking and a 15 story apartment building with 3 levels of below grade parking.  Work also included modifications to the existing parking garage under a fully occupied office building at 1600 Wilson Boulevard, allowing access to the parking garages for the new buildings. The high-rise building has 178 apartments, and the mid-rise has 46 apartments.  Amenities include a rooftop terrace with social rooms and a fitness center. Bennett Park Apartments was designed and constructed according to LEED Standards for Arlington County.
