PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project converts existing office space on floors 2 through 4 into a total of 60 apartment units. The retail area on the first floor will be reconfigured, which includes removal of two elevators. Parking levels will be updated from the lower level (P3) upward. The roof will be replaced, including work at the penthouse level.
