overview
Gallery Bethesda is an important part of the resurgence of downtown Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle neighborhood. It was the first new residential building to open in Bethesda in five years, replacing older commercial offices and surface parking lots. Standing 18 stories, the project includes 234 apartments, an outdoor pedestrian plaza featuring unique public art pieces, 4,600 square feet of retail, and 3 levels of below-grade parking. Amenities include a rooftop pool and outdoor lounge, indoor sky lounge with spectacular views, conference room, sports-club style fitness center, cyber lounge, coffee bar, and pet spa.
