Wilton House

Project Overview

Wilton House is a fifteen story apartment building at the corner of Gallows Road and Prosperity Avenue, across the street from the Merrifield Metro Station. Amenities include underground parking, rooftop pool, fitness center, and a party room with outdoor patio. Donohoe shared the site with another contractor working on a separate job, which required careful coordination with the other team on shared items such as utilities and entrance roads while still staying on schedule.
