Corporate Office Fit-Out

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Interior renovation to create 2,600sf of office space highlighting the expansion views from the 25th floor of Baltimore’s World Trade Center. Existing partitions and architectural finishes were demolished throughout in preparation of the new layout. Alterations to the existing MEP infrastructure, including extensive chilled water modifications, were completed to support the space. The space was completed with floor to ceiling glass partitions at meeting spaces, stone accent walls, and flooring consisting of porcelain, LVT, and carpet.
