Potomac Place

Project Overview

Potomac Place consists of two 7-story buildings constructed of structural metal studs, concrete plank, and brick exterior.  Each building contains 151 condominium units with a mix of studios and one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units with high-end finishes and appliances.  On-site amenities include a swimming pool, three fitness centers, a community room, and a business center.  The project also includes an elevated landscaped plaza and an underground parking garage with 307 spaces.
