Aspen Heights College Park

Project Overview

The Aspen Heights College Park project located at 4205 and 4206 Knox Rd, adjacent to the University of Maryland campus, creates a mixed-use environment featuring two buildings that will provide a total 129 multifamily student housing units. Each unit is designed from a diverse floorplan with modern layouts and in-demand finishes. The exterior character of both buildings displays a stunning contemporary palette of colors that pay homage to both the state and the university. The project features multiple indoor and outdoor amenity areas in including, but not limited to, upscale residential lounges, a contemporary clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a swimming pool with sun deck. Additionally, the project includes 2,080 square feet of commercial/retail space with streetscape improvements.
